WE ARE CURRENTLY SELLING OUR PRODUCTS AT OUR STORE LOCATION ONLY.

All orders will be shipped by Canada Post unless informed otherwise. Imaginarius ships all orders to the address specified at the time of purchase. Imaginarius accepts no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address provided by the customer.
HANDLING PERIOD - The order handling period is usually 24 to 72 hours.
DELIVERY TIME - Please allow between 2 and 5 days for mail delivery within Canada and approximately 10 days outside Canada ( after parcel is shipped ). Orders shipped to the US and other international locations may take longer due to customs inspection. The delivery time might be longer during the holidays and special dates.
RETURNS - All exchanges or claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Please send us an e-mail requesting the return authorization code. Returns must be prepaid and returned to the address informed by Imaginarius in order to be accepted.
