Shipping time
Some common ring sizes, pendants and bracelets are usually in stock. When an item is in stock it will be prepared and shipped within 2 business days. If a product is not in stock, it takes approximately 5 business days for the jewelry to be made, finished and carefully prepared for shipping. This time may be longer during the Holidays, or during the vacation period. In that case you will be informed right away of production and shipping time.

Delivery time
All products are shipped from Montreal, Quebec – Canada.
After the jewelry is shipped, it usually reaches customers within 5 to 10 business days within North America. International orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks, but it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. Some countries have longer processing time at Customs and local postal services and that may delay the delivery.

Alternative shipping services
If you prefer to use a shipping option with tracking or express delivery please check the website ( ) click on the option Find a Rate and use postal code H9H 3E4 in the “FROM” option and inform your country or postal code on the “TO” box. Canada Post will display a list of several shipping services from the fastest to the most economical shipping options. Take note of the preferred option and send us an email (after placing your order) with your request to change shipping services. We will send a separate payment request for the difference in shipping costs.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Please contact us to request return information and address.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
We will refund your purchase price, taxes(Canadian taxes) and shipping amounts and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

When requesting an exchange of products on our website, please follow the return procedures outlined above.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you a store credit notice that can be applied to any other products on our online store
For ring size exchanges due to incorrect information provided during order, there will be a re-sizing fee of $ 15, so we request clients to inform accurate ring size when placing an order.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
Shipping costs to return an item must be paid by the client unless the item purchased is defective or damaged, in which case we will reimburse the return shipping amount to the client’s account via Paypal.
In the case of a ring exchange due to and incorrect size informed on the original order form, the customer will be asked to cover shipping costs ( return shipping and new product shipping ) along with the re-sizing fee informed above.
